Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the games.kodonic.com website to you); legitimate interests (to keep the Website secure, fix bugs and improve our services, balanced against your rights); consent (where we ask for it); and legal obligation (for example, keeping transaction records for tax purposes).
4. Third-party services
The Website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider that processes server logs on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
5. Children’s privacy
The Website is a general-audience website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at support@kodonic.com and we will delete it.

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
- Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, typically no longer than 90 days.

7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;

We do not sell personal information for money.
India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)
You have the right to obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you, to request correction, completion, updating and erasure of your data, to have your grievances addressed, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting who can view data, and working only with reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
9. International transfers
We are based in India. Our service providers may process data in other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
